Best location, free bikes, but who needs them when there are free newspapers? Not to mention the amazing continental breakfast, but be careful with those free private parking spaces, they might be sold to someone else. Such a delightful stay!

Nice stay, nice food, unbeatable sambhar! But oh, the joy of being serenaded by the delightful symphony of blaring riders, battery rickshaws, and autos at all hours of the night. Who needs silence anyway?

Modern hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. I liked the room with nice view, the bed was comfortable. Also, location was best possible, relatively near Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The restaurant was GOOD for dinner and for every budget.

The hotel had an ATM and a super helpful tour desk. We got to visit the Kashi Vishweshwar temple and Dashashwamedh ghats, which were super close to the hotel. It made exploring so much easier, and we had a blast!
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene. We were looking for more happening nightlife options for young party-goers like us.

When I am in Varanasi, I like staying here. It is a well-maintained hotel and I enjoyed its new-fashioned rooms and really kind personnel.

Small hotel in a busy area near main ghats and temples, Gange river and old city centre. Great and beautiful location, 15 minutes' walk to Kedar Ghat. Great to have an attached restaurant for dinner.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the location on the main street was perfect - it led straight to the main ghat near the Gange river, allowing for easy exploration of the chaotic and vibrant surroundings. Secondly, the staff were fantastic, providing attentive service and making sure that all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms, although without a window or view, were adequate and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, the delicious Indian food served in the restaurant, especially the breakfast on the top floor, was simply delightful.
Although there were a few minor issues, overall our experience at this hotel was great and there is nothing major that I believe needs improvement.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated on the main street that leads to the main ghat and in the midst of the most chaotic place in Varanasi, you'll be right in the heart of the action. The bustling intersection may be noisy, but it adds to the authentic experience of staying in this vibrant city. Additionally, the rooms on the top floor offer a nice view of the surroundings, making your stay even more enjoyable.
All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the temples and ghats. It is centrally located in the city, making it easy to explore the area. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is just a short distance away, allowing for convenient visits. However, it should be noted that the hotel is situated in a busy and noisy area, with constant commotion and noise from the surrounding streets.
Other aspects of the hotel do not meet expectations. The reception desk can be quite arrogant and unhelpful, taking away from the overall experience.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great, and the hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist spots. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to and from the airport, making travel arrangements much easier.
The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. We had issues with our room upon arrival and the staff was unresponsive to our needs.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Best aspects include the great location, close to the main scenic spots of the town, including the Kashi Vishwanath temple, and within walking distance to the old city centre. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly helpful, making our stay hassle-free. The complimentary wifi was fast and consistent, and the breakfast was delicious!

Had a great Easter break with my family. The location was perfect, with only a short stroll to the riverfront. The restaurant had a great view of the bustling streets, and we enjoyed people-watching while eating breakfast. The staff at breakfast were welcoming and attentive, and they made the experience even better.
Our room had some issues which made our stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had poor drainage, and the shower flooded every time we used it.
